Hi, everybody, what I want to know is that if there is any client-side program of bitcoin exchange transaction, just like those of the stocks?

I'm not sure what you are asking.  Can you explain?
I mean a program which I can download from somewhere and installed it on my computer, then I can see from it everything related with buying and selling of bitcoins anytime on the Mt.Gox, for example...

if you mean a .EXE program to trade bitcoins for fiat etc.. MTGox is still beta testing Ripple, last time a checked
