the moderator of that thread are malevolent , Cyrus ,
hilariousandco.  You can pm them telling your problem.
You can also contact the creator of the thread to delete it.

Well technically we don't moderate scams, but this could maybe be classified under something else. I would suggest contacting one of the three global moderators directly to see whether something can be done:

I suspect there's a misunderstanding here. He's claiming to sell a script for a clone of your website, not the actual website itself.

I contacted the admin theymos   since the 3 mods I messaged were useless. None of them replied to my pm's even after 72 hours....

theymos replied to me right away and I sent him the formal DMCA notice he requested and it is all being handled now.
