Hope he has fun watching the halving behind bars, with frozen funds. He could have been a big name in Bitcoin (for the right reasons), but as far as we've seen from the info being released, he literally chose not to.

He is hold in custody as far as I know.
Court proceedings and judgement are still in coming.
