Which website are you talking about ? Who was suppose to deposit the money ? You should probably contact them about the deposit.This address has received $34 https://blockchain.info/address/16s2XRqEViNAaxtcptEoPvkKPCrRhVuu1g and the  final balance is 0.

Hopefully you aren't scammed from someone, considering your post above and your rank, its a high chance possibility you have been scammed, hope you are not but checking the address which received 34 USD and now has 0 , makes me suspicious. More information needed to give you a correct answer.
