Looking to buy some bitcoin with PayPal/Other methods (Read inside)

I want to buy 35~$ worth of bitcoin. I can either pay with PayPal, or with anything else that takes a pre-paid visa card. I do not know any service that accepts these types of cards, so if you know a service like it please tell me and I'll check if it accepts it.

You can also try to cash it out using payoneer, I have cashed out a few vcc using my payoneer card and it worked perfectly.
