Buy / Sell BTC via Perfect Money USD

I'm buying and selling BTC via Perfect Money USD according to the following rules:

- Min / Max order is $20 / $500
- I take 7.0% as an exchange commission based on coinbase life price
   example: - If you want to sell 1.00 BTC (worth $461.33 according to the current coinbase price), you will receive:
                           $461.33 - $461.33 * 0.07 = $429.04 Perfect Money USD
                         - If you want to buy 1.00 BTC (worth $461.33 according to the current coinbase price), you will send:
                           $461.33 + $461.33 * 0.07 = $493.62 Perfect Money USD
- All deals are secured and guaranteed, i will send you all transaction IDs.
- All deals must be arranged between us through Facebook private messages at : https://www.facebook.com/alaa.saad.100
- All transactions must pass 3 network confirmations.

Are you willing to use Escrow?

Dropped you a pm but no response.

We can use Escrow but you will pay the fee.
Also, if you do not want to pay Escrow fee, i can make multiple transfers (divide the deal into small deals)  to build trust first.
