Looks like the same crap we deal with at Gox from DDosers and weak infrastructure is now hurting the alt-coin community as well. Vircurex is down and BTC withdrawls are disabled.
more or less retired.

Just spoke with Vircurex and they are aware of the outage. I believe it was only temporary.
