Hi im in the process of making a website where services can be listed (anonymously) and people can bid on them (anonymously) for bitcoins.

It would work in the way that, people would bid on a job and write or upload a mini resume. Then employer then has the option of who they want to employ, while still not giving away any contact details.

When the job is in process, a messaging facility is made for the two to contact.

The bitcoins are put in to an escrow and then released when both mark the project as completed. When it is complete, the job is completely destroyed from the database including communication logs.

Moderators would manage the problems with escrows, releasing funds when they need to (worker stops communication, things go wrong with the project etc).

This provides a way for people to get smaller coding jobs, and maybe even other things such as document writing, design work, etc. without giving away any of their information.
I personally see no issues with this but want your opinions on it.

The only thing that i would see different from your average website is you dont have a profile for people to check you out at, so you would have to work on finding your own things. You would have no rating system to say how good your work is, so quality assurance would be a problem but if people weren't satisfied with the work moderators would review and refund as needed. Some kind of hidden rating system could be made in the future maybe that only employers would see and you would be required to enter your "rating code" on the bidding page.

I'm pretty sure I saw a website like that already  Roll Eyes
I forgot what it's called, but it looked just like a craigslist for bitcoins.

Then again, this looks like a bit more advanced...butttt.....
