No offence, i think he is selling hacked or carded PSN accounts, with the desired game for download.
that's why it's so cheap, it's a great deal but, you are risking your online PSN / id for getting banned from sony.

I'm playing CoD a lot, that's kinda a deal breaker for me :/

like the guy said below. these are accounts with games on. Nobody has been banned for this method ? why ? because sony have no evidence of what you are doing. as far as they are concerned, the user should protect their passwords
