How about you check his previous raffles? He assigns combinations for everyone, i.e. you have a few combination that will make you the winner. It is actually a clever way of picking a winner as it can not be cheated.

And Lauda is correct. Since I only picked 10 and not 16 (which would have included the a-f tickets).
If the block that is chosen does not end in a number, we can either pick the next block OR
I can make everyone have XX amount of entries per ticket and assign each ticket a series of letter and number combinations in order that they would be represented until there is an even amount to coincide with the 10 tickets that were sold. I think this would come out to 256 entries. So for this raffle, each ticket would receive 25 entries.
It is a little more work this way, but much more fun because everyone who enters is getting multiple chances off of one ticket.
