Yes add ethereum as a payment option for other users to choose whether what payment they want. But ofcourse if you dont want to waste your time dont add. Because ethereum can convert in bitcoin so you can use also your ethereum to pay there. Thats my opinion but if you want to add. Go add it so that if other users want it to use as a payment they can use.
