need explanation of spendzeroconfchange

I have set spendzeroconfchange=0 (disabled sending unconfirmed change)
Then I restarted my bitcoind wallet. Everything looked ok on my account balances, but when I tried to send bitcoins
I got message that I have insufficient funds. What I do wrong ?

If the change is unconfirmed, then it isn't part of your balance and you will be unable to send that change. It depends on how many inputs of your balance are change. Can you show a screenshot?

Okay, if this is not part of my balance, why I see that I have available balance on listaccounts ?
How then I can trust what listaccounts shows, or how to see actually avail amount on my account, when
spendzeroconfchange is unset.
