the topic says it all.
Primedice will take your money and wont reply to emails promptly.rollin does same. Safedice is worst. Betking is ok cos the owner is on chat atimes and will sort out issue without you waiting for days.
My qestiion to stunna, shogun and the rest of the dice sites owners is WHY DO YOU TAKE PEOPLE HARD EARNED CASH AND THEN DELAY RESPONIDNG TO MESSAGES. considering how much you make daily from the casino, I expect support to be very swift. Dosnt make sense to delay response for more thAn 3 hours.

They don't always make money every day. You never know when a whale will get lucky and win hundreds of bitcoins. I'm guessing Primedice and the other gambling sites you listed get a lot of support tickets every day and your email was probably in a queue, since it doesn't make sense to sort your stuff out first, when others needed help earlier. They could hire more support staff, but it would be risky since they would probably need access to funds/crediting people's account, and they could easily scam Stunna. Did you know that people also sleep?

You make this sound as if every body in the site is sending support emails at once. Be realistic. These sites don't get that much emails. It totally dosnt make sense to delay a reply for up to 24hrs. Safedice for example hvnt replied to my email and this is 3rd day.
There are SMRT phones to enble u communicate on the go. If they hve time to recieve deposits, they should have time to rply emails

Receiving deposits and processing withdraws are usually automated. They run a program for those things, but they can't write a bot to automatically process support tickets. Just wondering, but what did you email safedice about? 3 days is a little long, but you can't expect every site to respond to support tickets on 3 hours, as the staff might be busy on something. Under 1 day is good imo

That's exactly the issue. They pretend to be busy. Why will a site take up to be 5 days to reply to an email. Always say the name of the site publicly so people can avoid them. They ain't too busy to scam you of you cash but are to busy to reply to simple emails

I know its automated. That's the more reason why they should respond to emails fast or come up with live suport
