We need to watch out for the special message, and then PM the dev by a rubble address with an balance amount over the stated amount in the message and the code.
The thing here, is that if i get the message, i still cant get the free rubble because i have zero balance in the rub address.
Where can i get rubbles to top up my balance? Does it mean we need to invest on it from the start?.

Well, it's an experimental way of achieving a distro. so the idea is that you buy a little bit to stimulate trade and then you get rewarded with more coins if you keep your wallet running. There will also be some bounties soon and Bitcoin prices through the Network Alerts. So, let's try it now. At some point later on today I will send a code through the network alert and then PM with your RUB address, zero balance ok on this occasion to get some coins. I will send to everyone who replies (I think), there are 24 nodes running so we will see how many responds. Random number of coins between 10 to 10,000. I'll use a random generator.
