Poloniex just announced it will list the following coin on the 6/3/2016:

ARCH, EXE, GEMZ, INDEX, MIL, MRS, NOXT, XCH, XDP.

Nonetheless, they were all dumped from at least 30%, fact I don't really understand since all the last coin that were added were hugely pumped (decred, Synereo, VOX, ...).

Any theories on what's going on?
