I received some XRP, sold it, but i can't withdraw BTC.

If you have a bitstamp account, go to the Deposit page and select the Ripple option. This should give you a Ripple address to send the BTC to which will be converted to 'real' BTC in your bitstamp account which can then be withdrawn to any other wallet.
