I am another victim of www.igot.com not receiving cash withdrawal for more then half a year, repeating undelivered promises has being a big disappointment and tough experience.

I have being requesting my payment since May and the experience is so painful that I do not wish other to go through the same experience, there are so many undelivered promise of payment repeating since May, weeks after weeks of disappointment has being a difficult times for me, here is the experience I gone through.

1) I have being trading with IGOT since September 2014, on 06 may 2015 I sold a total of SGD48,462.00 worth's of bitcoin and requested for a withdrawal.

2) After weeks of delay and email conversation requesting my payment for 2 months, I was paid SGD20,000.00 only on July.

3) They repeating claiming that bank account has being unfreeze and make several promises and assurance of my payment weeks after weeks but non of their promises has being delivered, the last promise from them is that my payment will be send on or before Sep 30 and I received no fund at all on 1st October until today, not even a proof of payment.

4) After regularly requested my payment through email there has being no response until October 6 and Finally they reply me with explanation saying that Bank account restrictions are not completely lifted. In fact, more accounts are shut by banks and offer me a list of unreasonable solution after having my payment delayed for 5 months.

5) I received no further payment after the last SGD20,000.00 send.

Here are few conversation by Rick Day and his promises of payment:

I am communicating directly to Rick Day, the founder and the CEO and are still facing issue receiving my payment, the repeating undelivered promise weeks by weeks has being a very big disappointment and painful experience, the intention of promise make by Rick Day is obviously to delay the payment further as long as he can, the posting of others complaint at the IGOT Facebook and twitter page that proven many customer are facing the same problem with IGOT.

I am warning other that has intention to trade with IGOT to beware and go for an alternative bitcoin exchange. Is a shame that Rick Day the Founder has being acting irresponsible toward all promises that he make to his customer.

My life savings are stuck in that exchange... I've been trying to withdrawal my BTC for so long now... These pricks have ruined me. Seriously.
If there's anyone here that knows how to find Rick Day, I'd love to know how.
I chose that exchange (I'm in Australia) as they seemed the most legitimate... I had to provide SO MUCH KYC info... It was ridiculous but I felt my coins would be safe given the amount of regulation they appeared to have.
Now it seems I am totally helpless to do anything about it... I worked for years to save up that money. 31BTC is a lot of money for me.
Any advice would be appreciated and any smart arse hindsightful comments will probably send me into a tailspin... So please go easy.
