Changing lending policy (so you should)

I cannot stand the fact that accounts can be bought and sold at all. It degrades the feedback and trust system, makes everything more complicated and creates more problems that you would think the forum moderators and owners would just rather avoid. What benefit is it to them to allow the practice? because i can start a long list of benefits of prohibiting it.
