I made a new faucet http://fastbit.co , where you get 150 satoshi every 10 minutes and 33% reff back.
It doesn't have any ads but uses adf.ly as monetization  and to protect it from bots.

faucet with adfly and similar, for me have low life, because adfly use really aggressive ads, more pop up and bad script.
I have enter in your faucet (and for close all adfly banner i have close 3 windows) and i see already banner in the faucet

I didn't see any ads, then again I'm using an adblocker as was able to use the faucet without issue.

OP you should probably get some anti-bot script and an anti-adblocker script.
