cashintor1 says he has done nothing of the sort and he has his rank to back up this.
Can you provide any proof that you paid him and was not sent anything in return?
All of this coming from a junior member seems fishy to me for some reason.

his rank doesn't actually mean much, I have seen quite a few people complain about this guy, but somehow he always seems to get away with it because people always seem to back him up.
