OKpay and perfect Money both are safe and have no chance of chargeback you can do any exchange with both systems without any problem

higher fee anyway, i would avoid all those service, it's better if you simply use a credit card, and receive funds with sepa, there are many which offer free sepa, like deutesche bank

I wouldn't really consider it safe, I just really wanted to make sure everyone are aware of that. Like PM, they are probably not as legit as other payment processors are and you have much better choices.

Although you cannot chargeback, it is known that they can freeze accounts without notice, and sometimes without any reason.

Yeah, all the other payment processors like Perfect Money, SolidTrustPay etc. can all pull off a scam at any moment.

And as they are being used for illegal ponzis, the government can freeze them at any time, just as they did with Liberty Reserve
