Go here :-https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1062680.Get files from his project and upload it on server. Also make changes as he has directed it on the thread.You can upload it on github as well if you want to test after further modification

I will go and assume that you don't have enough knowledge in hosting and certainly not in programming . Running a dice website could risk your Bitcoin funds because you don't know how it works and because it could have backdoors so If you don't want to get screwed I really don't recommend hosting it for public .

Since you don't fully understand the code and the math I wouldn't recommend to use it.
