Note: I am not going to name a particular gaming site, since I have seen similar at even the most reputable places.

Long story made short:
I am enjoying playing small amounts at a site which is "provably fair" and no one has ever proven otherwise.
In the chat, a 'high-rank Whale' comes in to complain about an UNBELIEVABLE losing streak. He/she goes as far as saying to the admin "I really wish I could believe you" (or something very similar), regarding the fairness of the games.

What do you think of that?
Gambling can be harmless play for people who are able to afford controlled amounts.
If you are (for example) a super-wealthy early BTC miner who is rapidly turning $29,000,000 ($29 Million Dollars) into nothing, then do you really have the right to falsely accuse a site of being crooked?
Why not offer a $10,000 bounty to prove the site is cheating, while you can still afford to share your good fortune?

Please, quit whining and enjoy the games, or cure your addiction.
^^^
1) Is the above statement too harsh, towards our friendly whales who sometimes throw tips around?  Cheesy
2) Do you think the sites you play at are honest?
3) If you think the site is honest, and a Whale complains do you say anything?

There is a lot of content to discuss, please do not think you need to answer all the questions.

I agree with you, if their website really is cheating and they hav eso much money then why not offer a bounty to prove it. If the can afford to plash around so much money then why not offer a bounty. If they don't offer a bounty why should wwe even listen to them ?

Everyone gets mad when they lose everything and quite a large proportion of those people then get salty enough to go complain to the admins of the gambling site...it's just that you notice the whales who do that more than the people who have very little money. I feel like it doesn't make it any worse, it's just that you notice them more.

I'm a small amount gambler enjoyer as well and would like to add a cpuple of question hoping not to be too offtopic:

...

 - do you really (OP)  witnessed a $28M loss (please tell me no or I will bump my head somewhere sharp)?
....

I also like small amounts, bigger is exciting but not good for me.

No, the $28M number was an example.
Some early Bitcoin investors did make many millions if they got in early enough and/or had the courage to hold to near the top and sell above ~$1,100/BTC

Who lost there can not be called whale because they are experienced and strong persons to be whale.A whale never cries because that is aware of the nature of gambling and knows very well if loose one time other time will not only recover losses but also will make profit. They never go with all in and always keep multiple chances or life lines.About who you are talking is not whale regardless how much it lost.

It is happening like this when someone lost on any game than they make cry and complain they have been got cheated by that casino, but it is our fault when we keep doing gambling on any casino.

Whining is necessary part of gambling it does not matter you are whale or small gambler whenever you will loose any significant amount of money that will make you angry and mad.It is not correct that Whales do have any effect when they loose they also whine because no one likes to loose money little or much.We all gamble to win not to loose.

Whale or minnow, complaining makes little sense if you are gambling. When you lose it means that the most likely outcome happened. A loss should be expected.

Not necessarily. Being drunk definitely helps as it means that you can't make rational decisions properly, but I've seen plenty of people who can't be trusted to make rational decisions regarding gambling even when not drunk. It's the same as any other addictive behaviour. Having more money (being a whale) probably even compounds that, as whales generally think that they're just making free money and that every little bit more is safe as it can't possibly go wrong for that little, until it finally does eventually go wrong.
