What happened::
Paid him $9 for 3 methods and 1 bonus one, He only gave me 2 of them and both of them don't work.
Told me he will fix this or refund me in 24 hours but is not returning my skype messages or bitcointalk messages but he has been online many times.

You got scammed, move on with your life, it was obvious he was selling bullshit.
If the methods were working he would be making off them not selling them to you. Just think with your head before you do anything like this in the future, at least you paid only $9 for the lesson that I hope you learned.

I know.. I dont really care for $9, but hes still selling his methods so wanted to warn other people

Age 31, scamming for $9..what a joke lol.

As for OP, just use escrow from now on, to prevent scenarios like this. Escrow is always free, and only takes a couple of seconds to message a escrow.

I feel like you were in a rush and $9 is something you can afford to lose is what I sense.
