Help setting up KNC Titan

I bought a KNC Titan (4 cubes).
I re-imaged the micro-CF card and am able to login via the web interface.
However, couple of issues:
1) The LCD is just bright white, nothing displayed.
2) The controller doesn't recognize any miner/ASICs attached to the system.

Im using a Seasonic SS-1250XM to power my test setup, which consists of only 1 cube.
Ive already tried swapping cubes and software, re-seated everything on the  controller card.
