What happened to Safecoin?!!

What happened to safecoin?! On the site where I trade altcoins, Safecoin or SFE is now OLDSF or is it Old Safecoin? Then there is another SFE ( I don't know if it's new) with no value and no volume. Can anyone tell me what happened? I'm just waiting for its value to rise for me to sell my stocks then suddenly I was shock seeing that on CCEX(trading site).
