Mining on the EthHM marketplace is as easy as mining at a multipool, guaranteeing profits greater than any traditional Ethereum mining pool all with the 0% variance that comes with PPS.

For miners: we are currently only allowing people to sell their hash to us to make sure we can work out all the kinks in the buyer side before we go live. As such, we are guaranteeing an effective rate of up to 8.5% over calculator, pay-per-share. This is already 15% or more over pools such as f2pool or dwarfpool. After the beta ends we will let the market determine the rate.

Maybe reduce your min pay to half of what you are currently set at and have payout runs every 6 to 12 hours or option in members are to hit on a min level set. You need more status on page to like active miners blocks hit and better layouts. Very basic site I would advise making improvements if you want people to miner here. drop min pay to half of what currently is and better status on home page of current miners active shares submitted etc payout runs made and blocks hit.

For privacy reasons I did not want to have a list of miners. I will decrease the payment threshold when it comes out of beta. Since this is a place where people buy and sell hashrate it does not make sense to have a list of blocks mined.
