You can follow ICO's coming here: http://www.icocountdown.com/ (Any others to follow ICO's on?)

I was excited about LISK and then WAVES, maybe a little bit of the DAO. Nothing on the immediate horizon excites me, but there are some interesting ones listed for later on.
If you see anything coming, would be interesting to know why...

BTC = Black Swan.
BTC = Antifragile - "Some things benefit from shocks; they thrive and grow when exposed to volatility, randomness, disorder, and stressors and love adventure, risk, and uncertainty. Robust is not the opposite of fragile.

Is this a commercial service or do you just list the ones you feel don't past the sniff test?

The only projects that I list have good ideas, good teams and pass due dilligence tests. I have to keep the due dilligence tests to myself however because this is how I determine if projects are legitimate or not - since if they are open then people will try and find ways round it so far it has worked to a very good consistancy. If they are not listed then they have a high chance of being illegitimate.
