namecheap is a registrar, they don't care whether what kind of domain you did register.  its their job.
its the hosting that you would need to worry. some hosting companies don't allow gambling sites and maybe namecheap's hosting don't.

but there are thousands of webhosting companies that allow gambling sites. check webhostingtalk

I don't know why you think that any particular provider would be specifically good for a gambling domain.  Don't you just pick what domain name you want no matter who is providing it?  As long as the name isn't already taken you should be able to buy it from any provider.  Or are you concerned about gambling regulations or something?
