Any interest in trading XRP for the Second Life currency of Lindens?  For each payment of 1000 XRP I will transfer 250 Lindens to your in game avatar.

Send XRP to r9YcKijXfPWsKrgEP9Ekq3HDCVy53fELDk (Banzai).  I have a sizeable amount of Lindens, but please check with me first before sending over 10000 XRP so I can guarantee I have the Linden available.

Then Instant message Mikhailoi Resident in game (Second Life) with your ripple address and the transaction number.  I will then send you the Linden in game. This will  not require us to be online at the same time, and will guarantee the payment is sent to the correct avatar.  You may contact me at mustkillidiots at yahoo.com if you experience any difficulties.

Please check with me before sending amounts over 10000 XRP.  I will try to check once a day for incoming XRP.  I have a busy schedule, so please be aware this will not be an immediate transaction.  If needed I can send Lindens first for smaller orders.

Accepting Lindens inworld is even more risky than accepting PayPal.
The (XRP-)seller not only risks to lose the Lindens, he also risks to lose access to his avatar and its inventory.

There's no way for the seller to check, if your Lindens are "fraudulent" or not and if they are, LindenLabs will come to get them and most likely suspend the receivers account for "unusual activity".

Not saying you are a scammer, just a warning to everyone doing business in SL.  Wink

You can always sell your Lindens at VirWox for Bitcoins and then offer to buy the XRP with the Bitcoins.

Yes, I could transfer the Linden into bitcoin, and then into XRP.  And yes, there is always the risk of receiveing fraudulant Linden.  However I really doubt that Linden Labs would suspend your account for unusual activity.  If that were the case, would you not get suspended for buying/selling Linden for bitcoin, which regularly happens?

Despite other means of getting Lindens, this offers users a way to sell XRP for Linden.  And it is at a very good price.  If you check out the in-world stock exchange slcapex.com you will see I have a good supply of Linden, and that should generate some trust.

http://slcapex.com/symbol/IMBR and http://slcapex.com/symbol/NBC to name a couple.  You will see from the links I am one of the top ten shareholders in these virtual in-world companies, and those are only two of the many companies I hold a stake in.

This was also not meant to generate profit for me, but offer an alternative to getting Bitcoins for your XRP.  It will also allow me to 'play with' Ripple.  If you do the math, you will see there is little to no profit in this for me, other than I would like more XRP and am willing to offer an alternative to selling them for bitcoin.

I can assure you, through my holdings, and trust I hold within second life, and my account age in Second Life, this is not a scam.  I would not be worth my time to scam someone for what amounts to one USD of in-game currency even if i were criminally inclined.

I assure you, it does happen.
Close friend of mine had her account suspended a couple of times only because she received fraudulent lindens (and guess what, for selling bitcoins, but it doesn't really matter what you sell).
Always takes a couple of weeks and lots of emails with LL support to get her back online.
That's the reason she no longer sells bitcoins inworld, she only sells those risky lindens now.

Anyway, good luck to whoever is willing to take that risk.  Smiley
