You don't get it really ? If they intervene then the tag "Decentral" is lost. Only way to stay legit if they let it happen.
Thefts happen this is why you code careful and check/test the code for months.

yes but that doesnt punish those who makes mistake.  those Dao are not ready, thus the "hack".
