bfgminer 5.4.2 problem

Lanacoin mining with asic usb (avalon nano) miner (erupter, 4 Gh/s). I want to disable coincheck. What should I do?
Bfgminer always tell me "all pools are dead". But with the same setting I mine MEA (middle earth coin) and it is works well - all the two on the xaxamining.com.


Or how can I setup the cgminer (or any other) for use the USB miner?

Pls help!
