Hard to tell. Usually connector 1 & 2 or 3 & 4 is in parallel. From the picture it seem not parallel.
I don't own sp20 so i can't tell, but if you had multimeter, you can measure the connectivity between connector 1 & 2.

1&2 powers one ASICS board 3&4 powers the other ASICS board

2 slots power the 2 front boards and the other 2 slots power the back boards

I think the back is the one near the fan, since the fan pushing air out, so it make sense the chips near the fan
get the hotter air from the front chips (which is nearer to the power connector? Make sense?
 
and #2 and #4 are the one connecting to the back

Will the EVGA 1300w work for this or is it too close to being maxed out all the time

It will work fine.    do you realize the sp20 works far better at 1200gh to 1400gh hash rates?

If you run at 1350gh it costs 750 to 800 watts

If you run at 1650gh it costs 1200 to 1225 watts

Even if you are a free power guy.  try running them at 1400 to 1500gh  as  the 1650 to 1700gh speeds are redline speeds.

 I run 8 of them in my home all around 1200gh. They use under 600 watts at this speed.

sorry im a n00b here... is this why OP said to use two 750w PSUs? in the quickstart video from the manufacturer available on youtube they mention you can use two PSU instead of one but that it will run at half the hashing rate if it is being supplied half the power demanded (1200w). i am still considering getting the evga 1300w psu and connecting this for a full 1300w but the difference between 1350 and 1650 seems quite nominal for the decrease in power bill...

I would just go with Evga 1300 personally, and that is what I did.   It's a quality psu and can be sold or used later projects.   I ROI'ed on mine... and they came in handy for ether project.   

But yes some do run two 750 server psu's due to price.  Just make sure to do 1 psu per hashing board, don't mix the PSU's power on a single hashing bard.  But honestly 1 PSU is just easier.

thank you... actually i bought the two 750's and connected just one up and it seems to hit 1300-1400 pretty often as someone here mentioned in one of the early posts. the particular one I have keeps restarting cgminer (might just be a less than perfect device that i acquired) and it hasn't run a full uninterrupted 24 hours I have come back to where it is located and just seen it completely off. It hasn't tripped the circuit because the wifi bridge it is connected to still has power... I am thinking maybe it keeps hitting 80C and therefore shutting itself down. I am going to stick it in a more well ventilated area and swap out the 750 for an 850 in the hopes for more stable 1500TH/s ranges.

If you have the CX750M, running it in anything but room temperature ambient will cap its maximum power pretty strictly at 750W before it gets overwhelmed. When I'd put mine in the hot boxes they'd start throwing out at about 35C with max load.

ya i am using the cx750m as linked in the setup guide.. it does get a little hot in the room the device is in but its not that bad. i jst moved the PSU to below the sp20 rather than above, maybe this will prevent it from overheating, hot air rising and all??

I run SP20 with HP 1200W platinum PSU for similar price as CX750M, it has no ATX cable, takes 10% less elec. and sits comfortable on top.

i was running the sp20 with the evga1300 psu for a couple days and it was running stable and hashing 1700 peaking at 1800 at times.. but after also adding an antminer s5 requiring 750w i couldnt keep them running together without tripping. after dropping the sp20 to the cx850 psu i am steadily getting ~1500 from it and able to run the s5 in conjunction and power seems to be running stable. with the s5 pulling in ~1100 this is so far a pretty nice combo. the 1300w psu i will save for when my s7 arrives. ive been curious... i've been seeing people who have pretty massive rigs which look like they are non-commericial residences... how are they able to not have circuits blow? mine seem unable to power above 1600w continuously on the same circuit...

They're most likely using 220 volt circuits.

110 volt circuits with a 15 amp breaker can only handle about 1400 watts continuous draw 

You could swap the breaker to a 20 amp one BUT,you can overheat your wires or outlets doing this.DO NOT DO THIS!!!!

Definitely do NOT do this, your home insurance would be invalidated immediately while putting your life at risk. If unsure then consult a qualified electrician about the possibility of adding a 220V circuit.

I purchased a used SP20 and did not receive it with user name or password so I can't get into it. I would like to restore it to defaults but the Spondoolies support web page is gone now can anyone tell me how to do the factory default?
