Beside Poloniex and Yobit, I can suggest you Bittrex too. Now about which coin- you must analyze the market and the coins yourself, but at the moment I can suggest you two coins: Ethereum and Solarcoin  Grin

SolarCoin – A Global Rewards Program For Solar Electricity Generation       ElectriCChain – The Solar Energy Blockchain Project Site For Climate Change
Solcrypto – A Future Powered By Solar Energy

hello i want trade some bitcoin can you help me?
i whant to know that which site i should use to trade and which coin

There is one coin which has a huge infrastructure as its backup, including a Social Network, a Marketin Forum, a marketplace, a Payment processor, web wallet, a coupon code site, a browser extension and many more. The project is in Beta and is soon to launch. So, it has the promising future where I hav personally invested thousands of dollars.

U can refer this blog post for further details if u want

bitfinex is much better as it has easy friendly interface and traders can do margin buy and sell. so you can sell and buy back.
and like they said, the very essence is to margin sell high and margin buy low.
