For the cash deposit, why does the fee change every time, even if depositing the same amount. Is it completely random? It's not even always between the stated 1-4%.

I guess it's because they use the direct amount you pay to know what account to deposit your funds to.

I did a $40 deposit with something like a $1-$2 fee. And a $200 deposit with over a $2 fee.
If you want to fiddle around with it to get the fee you want, you can place and cancel deposits until you hit the fee you want.

Are there fees for transferring BTC in and out?

What is the range of the fees?

They state 1-4% fees. I've seen it suggest a fee as high as 9%. If you want to deposit say $500, don't deposit $500. The nice big round numbers seem to have the worst fees. Try depositing $487 or $514. Those seem to be a lot cheaper probably because not as many are depositing strange amounts so the numbers can be closer to the originals.

So I guess it is just random. I spammed it like 20 times and lowest I could get was like 1.8% and highest was over 10%.

To be clear, Bitfloor doesn't charge a fee for cash deposits.

They are using LocalTill, a cash payment service - they are the ones getting the fee.

It's transferring USD in. There doesn't appear to be a fee for moving BTC.
