How to send multiple transactions to different ETH addresses?
I am not sure what is your problem actually with multiple transactions, but let me try to answer. You can not send multiple transactions to different ethereum addresses on one time, it is doubles spending and the transactions will be canceled, you must send ethereum couples times to different ethereum addresses, after the first transactions be confirmed then you can send ethereum to other addresses, you just can send ethereum to addresses one by one, if i am wrong please make clear about your question. Thanks

There is no way to send multiple transaction at once, you need to manually send it one by one for every ethereum address.

It appears you are looking for some Smart contract type functionality to
have some transactions automatically happen when some condition or trigger
event happens. Do n't know if there is a free public wallet or website already that
will help with this.
