check btc-e faq here: https://btc-e.com/page/2

Do you accept any alternate forms of payment such as Debit/Credit Cards?

At this time, BTC-e is currently not accepting any of these payment methods. All transactions carried out on our website are irreversible; therefore use of payment methods that are reversible would be a detrimental venture for us. The presently supported payment methods are : US Bank Wire, EU Bank Wire (SEPA), Visa, Mastercard, Liqpay.com, unikarta.com, PerfectMoney.com, WebCreds.com, Ukash.com, Webmoney.ru.

so if that card is with visa or mastercard logo than it may work.

1% for USD deposit. However it does need mentioning that there are more fees to deposit money on the debit card itself.

Depositing funds with MoneyPolo looks like the same kind of experience as a PayPal merchant web site, so it should be ~immediate. I saw "15 minutes" being reported somewhere for the transfer time from MoneyPolo to BTC-E (maybe somewhere on MoneyPolo.com (for all customers not just BTC-E)).

Funny that BTC-E's FAQ for Debit/Credit cards says BTC-E accepts "US Bank Wire" ... when I try to Wire funds to BTC-E from my US Bank, my US Bank won't do it because the account number for BTC-E is not an IBAN (not compatible with SWIFT network), so US and at least most non-US Banks can't wire to it.

I have tried SEPA but it gets blocked because of the "Third-Party Transfer rule"... the account I'm given by BTC-E to SEPA the funds to is NOT titled in my name, its titled "Mayzus" (which is MoneyPolo... the payment services provider BTC-E uses) this makes it a "Third-Party Transfer" ... my bank will not do Third-Party SEPA transfers.

Maybe I could transfer to MoneyPolo and then from MoneyPolo to BTC-E?

Has anyone tried a Wire or SEPA transfer to MoneyPolo?? Do you get blocked by the "Third-Party Transfer" rule? Does MoneyPolo give you a recipient account titled in your name??
