Can we make a child board "speculation" for alternate cryptocurrencies?

The speculation child board was created for bitcoin in 2011 after too many speculation threads were being made in other areas.

I think it is time that we have a speculation child board for alt-coins as the main board is too filled.

I do think the idea is good just not sure how much of a hassle it would be to create.  Now that I think about it I don't think this is a new idea and the topic has most likely been discussed in detail.
