Just to clarify, this app is used for watching your mining stats, not for doing mining work on your Android device. Is that correct?

Yeah, sorry.  Should have been clearer.
This gives you your balance/unconfirmed/expected/shares as well as the hashrate/#ofWorkers/roundShares of the pool.
