hello, i am in need of some bitcoin (value 0.0023) so basically 15$
i am sorry but i do not know what a collateral is, so please tell me what it is in the comments, i am not too good at reading englis / typing it, so i did not understand from reading the post about it.

Simply: Collateral is money.
So if you dont have money you will not get money understand?.
Next you will ask Why would i need money if i've already money .

For some reason I feel you know what collateral is but just want to play dumb.

Regardless, collateral is used to secure the loan with something that is at value for the amount being asked. Read https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577765.0 and either provide valid collateral or lock this thread before you get a negative feedback.
