can't withdraw from viabtc - sms text not working

Hi does anyone else having problems receiving sms text from viabtc that is needed to perform a btc withdrawal? 

I have been trying for the last few days but not able to receive any sms text on my cell from viabtc - hence not able to withdraw my btc.  There is nothing wrong with my cell text. 

Submitted support ticket without any response. 

Anyone else having this problem?
