Cryptonator - my Zcash is missing!

I sent some Zcash from Cryptonator to Kraken, it shows it was succesfull, but no zcash there.

Contacted Kraken support, they said it must have been error on Cryptonators side.

Contacted Cryptonator support with two tickets allready, but no reply from them. It has been more then 10 days since my first ticket.

Transaction id shows an error.

Really dont know what to do next. Any advice is appriciated, it is not small amount of money for me.
