for the second solution, I am interested in case blockchain.info disappears . but this supposes the site is still online.
What I gave you should do the job, I mean you could save your private keys now and print them & save them somewhere safe In case Blockchain.info goes offline for one reason or another.
As for hosting it in your local computer , this may require some programming knowledge . I assume this is the source code of the wallet (I'm not sure though) :

Once again , I'm not sure If the new wallet of Blockchain gives a seed or not. So It's probably better to just use the first method I gave you and store the private keys somewhere safe.
