Got an email from cexio exchange based in london about attempted login has anyone else got this??

I have no viruses on pc

Attempted login notifications simply means someone have tried to log in with your email or username (unsuccessfully most of the time).  You don't need to have any virus in your pc for that to happen.
I wouldn't worry too much about it.
Trusted an exchange that climbed to the top 3 in just under 2 years with your money? you are fucking stupid.

It could simply be a bot script spamming login emails to find one that has a weak or reused password
