You don't pay tax if it's taken outside the country of origin, but you might get import duty your end.

I see "USB-FPGA Modules 1.15y are currently out of stock. New boards are expected in April."

Sorry about that I copied it from an old post someone asked me the same question a few weeks ago.

Entropy-uc has a huge FPGA mining farm, someone might as him if he was interested in selling any.
