Idea for an epic game - Quad Cities Residents

Hello all.

I have (imo) a great idea for a game which I believe has the potential to generate a lot of money. It does not exist on the interwebz (yet)... which is why I want to get this thing going ASAP. It involves bitcoin.

I have minimal experience in programming and am looking for a co-founder who is well versed in HTML, CSS, and Javascript (minimum). I'm still teaching myself these languages, but I am not too advanced and decided I would fare better with a Co-Owner of this idea in order to expedite its creation.

I am not looking to hire a programmer, or to do ANY business of ANY kind over the internet with an anon, which is why I am respectfully requesting that only residents of Quad Cities, USA reply to my query. I want to split this game 50/50 with someone who wants to build it together, in-person. There are many options regarding the how, but this is important to me, I want something grass-roots; Something built on trust, and real-life communication and participation.
