Do they mean that when you get to be a member and post on their forum, you can earn Quarks? if so then this is almost no different to steem, where blogging is somehow like mining as the y claim. allcryptotalk.com forum has ACTS as well, not sure if ACTs can be spent though.
Yeah, but we want the content restricted to the MUE forum rather than it being general blogging.
I basically want to clone the Quark forum, but their community seems unresponsive to my enquiries, so seeing if there are alternatives out there.
