Listening to ret. gen. Honore I would like to propose this simple restriction to open carry: once a county or state is experiencing an active shooter situation the mayor could simply ban open carry for 24h. Penalty 7 days of weapon confiscation. The goal is to permit the Leos to have an easier job. This is the kind of proposal the NRA could agree is rational and permit to protect the life of law abiding citizen while permitting the cops to do their job with less problem. The kind of proposal you will never heard from the domestic ennemies bent on destroying the US constitution and bills of rights to impose their globalist controlled UN charter... You are welcome, but all credits belong to the mentioned gen.

At 7 days extension would be possible if the parliament of the state agree...

LEOs are people who can't handle the job. If they could, they would have quelled the "active shooter situation," and there wouldn't be any problem.

The proper law would be, require everyone to open carry when an "active shooter situation" is recognized to exist... so that the people can take the shooters out.

Cool

FF or for the unfamiliar it's called friendly fire... You have no idea and are totally desillusional... Ask your law master about the legality of my proposal and you will see that Carl can only find it reasonable, justifiable and efficient.

There are a lot of YouTube videos about real gun fights... It's not like in the movies...

And you know what I propose is pure common sense... However it should come from the real patriots to cut the grass under the feet of the ennemies of the constitution... They are ready to do anything to replace it with the UN charter... And if on the basis of common law you didn't like the Us constitution... Wait for the UN charter...

Because of the stupid laws that exist regarding gun control, and the fact that people have been lulled into non-open carry, my suggestions should be implemented over a period of, say, 5 years. During this time, the people should be taught combat the same as the military and the police.

Switzerland is a good example of how this would work... except that even they have not gone far enough.
