BombaUcigasa is Romanian and seems very active in their local board, you might want to talk with him (I am not sure if he himself would apply for the position, but he could help you to find someone); or, if you get him to reply,

Thanks for advice and info! We thought about posting in the Romanian sub-section, but all (or almost all) posts are in Romanian language there. We'll try to post in English there - hopefully it will not be a problem.
