I went to make a send transaction to day in bitcoin core, the latest version and i got a warning message saying

"the transaction was rejected.  this might happen if some of
the coins in your wallet were already spent, such as if you used
a copy of wallet.dat and coins were spent in the copy but not marked as spent here."

i havent touched my wallet.dat....ever what else cold it be?

Are you fully synced? Do you see any transactions that are marked as "conflicted" in the transactions list?

All transactions have multiple confirmations and i have run a full node for over 8 months 24/7.  i am beginning to think my wallet.dat has something wrong with it.  i have cancelled the transaction and restarted Core, now it is telling me that my passphrase is incorrect,  i have tried it many times and actually have it written in front of me...... any ideas how this would have happened?

Is this a problem you are having with your old wallet, or is it your new HD wallet?

Hi all i have recently upgraded to 0.13.0 and have read a little about the HD feature.  although i did upgrade from the last version and have bitcoin in the wallet now.  i read that i need to remove the wallet.dat and then restart or something, wasnt to sure and didnt want to risk it with out asking the brain boov's. what do i then do with the old wallet.dat,  any help appreciated
